A Marketing and Sales Manager is responsible for managing the marketing and sales efforts of a company or organization.

This role involves developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing revenue, acquiring new customers, and retaining existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives
Manage and oversee the daytoday operations of the marketing and sales teams, including setting goals and objectives, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring team members have the necessary resources and support to be successful
Develop and manage the company's marketing and sales budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses and ROI
Collaborate with other departments such as product development and customer service to ensure a consistent and cohesive customer experience
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and make recommendations for adjustments to marketing and sales strategies
Develop and implement sales enablement programs, including sales training, coaching, and tools to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and sales efforts, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value
Continuously stay uptodate with marketing and sales best practices, new technologies, and industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to the company's marketing and sales strategies.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

5+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales, with a focus on developing and executing marketing and sales strategies
Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to coach and motivate team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisionmaking
Experience with sales enablement programs and tools, including sales training and coaching
Understanding of the customer journey and how marketing and sales efforts can influence and impact the customer experience
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
