Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as an Executive Assistant for the Managing Director and the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Manage executive calendars, including meetings, appointments, and make travel arrangements. Handle confidential and sensitive information discretely.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, handle all billing and invoicing needs. Maintain a well-organized filing system - both physical and digital.
- She will be required to travel domestic/international along with the MD to meet business associates and for business development purposes.
- Must always ensure that her attire is impeccable and presentable, reflecting a professional demeanour in all her engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an attractive and friendly demeanour, presenting a professional image at all times
Job Types:

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
Expected hours:
No less than 10 per week
