Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an Executive Assistant for senior management and the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and delivering personalized solutions.
  • Travel domestic/international along with senior management to meet business associates and for business development purposes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services to meet client needs and achieve customer targets.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and developmental activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a people-facing role, preferably in the fashion/hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals. Flexibility to adapt to changing client demands and business priorities.
  • Attractive and friendly demeanor, presenting a professional image while engaging with clients.

Job Types:
Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 8 per week


Salary:
₹25, ₹75,000.00 per month
