Description
Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decisionmaking and drive targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Segment customer databases based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences to personalize communication and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM best practices, processes, and tools.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM and customer experience management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) in CRM management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Pay:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
