Job Title:
Computer Trainer

Work Location :
Pune

Key Accountabilities:


  • Conduct Training of batches as per schedule.
  • Interaction & technical guidance for betterment of students
  • Build relationships with Teachers, Head Masters & external stakeholders through constant interaction
  • Shooting / editing / subtitling & completion of videos
  • Preparing training documents as per SOP

Qualification:


Experience:


  • Min 3 years

Skills

  • Technical knowledge of IT (Basic Computer including Internet and MS
  • Office)
  • Technical knowledge of web and Graphic Design (Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Hardware, Software, Digital Literacy & Cyber Security)
  • Knowledge of Program Language
  • HTML, Java Script & CSS
  • Other technical skills will be added advantage
  • Spoken and written English
  • Video Editing
  • Logical and analytical thinking
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Assessing the progress and understanding of trainees through quizzes, exams, or practical exercises.
  • Trouble shooting (solutions for hardware & networking)
  • Training Delivery: Delivering training sessions, workshops, or courses on computerrelated topics.
  • Curriculum Development: Designing and developing training materials, lesson plans, and curriculum content.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Patience and Empathy: Demonstrating patience and empathy when working with individuals who may have varying levels of computer literacy or learning abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Being able to identify and solve problems that arise during training sessions, whether they relate to technical issues, learning obstacles, or other challenges.
  • Professional Development: Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills, stay abreast of industry trends, and pursue certifications or qualifications relevant to the field of computer training.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
