Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your station and culinary speciality while assisting the Executive Chef in leading the brigade.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage designated station in the kitchen and supervise small team of cooks
  • Prepare highquality dishes for your assigned station according to menu specifications
  • Ensure timely and efficient production of all food items from your station
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness and proper sanitation of station at all times
  • Manage food prep inventory for assigned station including monitoring stock levels and placing supply orders
  • Assist Executive Chef with menu development, costing, staff training and quality control
  • Deputize for Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations when necessary
  • Comply with nutrition and hygiene regulations and health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:


  • 35 years experience as a chef in reputable restaurants or hotels
  • Culinary degree from accredited cooking school preferred
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods and techniques
  • Knowledge of food costing, inventory and ordering
  • Proficiency in station management and culinary skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication abilities
  • Able to thrive in fastpaced, pressurecooker environment
  • Passion for food and culinary innovation

Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:


  • Hospitality management: 4 years (required)
