We have openings for attentive and quick-working Pantry Assistant to support kitchen operations at our Facility Management.

Pantry Assistant play an important role assisting cooks and chefs with prep work and ensuring stations have the supplies they need during busy service periods.

Responsibilities:

Prep produce, meats and other ingredients as directed for cooking staff
Portion items like butter, sauces, bread as needed for meal services
Maintain adequate stock of service items at stations (cutlery, service dishes etc.)
Quickly retrieve any needed items for stations upon request
Assist cooks in plating meals before wait staff picks them up
Wash used pots, pans, containers and consumables after each service
Clean counters and floors at stations between services
Organize storage areas and refrigerators; label new dishes and supplies
Place orders for additional stocks of supplies when running low

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or Pantry Assistant
Understanding of commercial kitchen workflows and tools
Physically fit and able to lift moderate weight loads
Responsible with strong time management abilities
Excellent teamwork skills and attentiveness
Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
