Talent Acquisition Journey Overview:

We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to join our best teams. The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and objectives.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a pivotal role in collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, devising innovative sourcing strategies, and recruiting top-tier talent to drive our company's success.

Journey Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive impression of the company.
Efficiently negotiate offer with candidates as per the internal recruitment SOP's.
Verify employment & education documents before offer roll out.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Qualification and Skills:

MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven experience in bulk sales recruiting and talent acquisition in an Edtech or Study Abroad organization.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent in management recruitment performance data on excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
