Position:
Interior Site Supervisor


Responsibilities:


Site Management:
Supervise and coordinate on-site construction and installation activities according to project plans and specifications.
Monitor work progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
Collaborate closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.


Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and installations meet established quality standards.
Address any deviations from project plans and specifications, and implement corrective measures as needed.


Team Coordination:
Lead and manage site personnel, including carpenters, installers, and laborers.
Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure effective communication among team members.


Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment.
Identify potential safety hazards and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.


Materials and Inventory:
Oversee the timely delivery and proper utilization of materials on site.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and materials usage.


Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and photographic documentation.


Problem Solving:
Identify challenges and obstacles on site and develop practical solutions to ensure project continuity.


Client Interaction:
Act as a point of contact for clients during site visits, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.


Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior design, construction, or related industry.

Education: Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. Familiarity with relevant construction codes and regulations.

Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage on-site teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.

Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to ensuring a safe work environment.

₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
