As we continue to expand our presence across India, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and
Implement Sales Strategy:
Take charge of the entire sales process and drive the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve both Value and Volume targets for the region.
- Distribution Network Management: Oversee and manage our distribution network across multiple states, working closely with a team of BMs/ASMs/TEs/SSTE/Associates.
- Marketing and
Promotional Activities:
Formulate, plan, and execute effective sell-out activities and marketing programs to drive demand and create brand visibility.
- Product Assortment and
Margin Optimization:
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to ensure the right product mix and assortment, leading to overall margin gains.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a performancedriven culture and driving excellence through structured processes, regular feedback, and exemplary leadership.
- Key Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, key dealers, and key contractors to enhance business opportunities and increase market share.
- Forecast Accuracy and
Inventory Management:
Strengthen forecast accuracy and effectively manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
Requirements:
- Furniture Industry Expertise: Your background in wooden polishing companies or similar sectors will be highly valued.
- Stakeholder Management: You possess excellent stakeholder management skills and can effectively coordinate with multiple teams.
- Problem-Solving and Leadership: You thrive in challenging environments, can navigate through ambiguity, and inspire your team to achieve exponential growth.
- Market Insight: Your ability to build connections with contractors, influencers, and industry stakeholders will provide deep market insights.
- Selfdriven and Energetic: You are highly selfmotivated, energetic, and empathetic, leading by example and driving the team towards success.

Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
