Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients/customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure effective communication.
- Utilize CRM tools for accurate data management.
- Achieve and exceed set targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is advantageous.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
