MIS EXECUTIVE

Department:
Operations


Overview:
Responsible for managing and maintaining the information systems and data that support the cross functional activities, to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency and to assist General Manager with analytical dashboards


Scope of Work:


  • Collecting, maintaining & organizing data from various sources & departments to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Analyzing trends, stakeholder behaviour, and metric based performance to provide actionable insights for the cross functional teams
  • Preparing periodic and adhoc reports to assist departments in decisionmaking
  • Developing and maintaining performance dashboards and visualizations to provide realtime insights
  • Managing stakeholder data, information and related details in the respective systems (e.g., CRM, ERP)
  • Collaborating with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the systems
  • Providing technical support and training to representatives on how to use tools and systems effectively
  • Assisting with customized reports and presentations for pitches and meetings
  • Working closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of data with other business systems (e.g., finance, inventory)
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the departments through the effective use of technology and data analysis
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and organizational performance
  • Ensuring that sensitive data is handled and stored in accordance with data privacy and security regulations
  • Staying informed about industry standards and best practices related to data protection

Experience:

Preferred - 3 years in relevant role


Industry:
Preferred - Manufacturing


Qualifications:
B.Tech (Information Technology) / BCA / other relevant qualifications


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
