Job Summary:

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with the Technology Managers and Leadership in the organization to understand their hiring needs, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles across all levels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies for Mid to Senior roles, that align with the organization's business objectives.
Develop a strong understanding of the Technology Unit within the organization
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across multiple channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other sources.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, on a need basis.
Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field AND / OR Graduation in Computer science preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment. Experience working in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving industry.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes for Technology domain, proficient in sourcing from multiple channels.
Handson experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong data analysis skills and experience using data to drive talent acquisition strategies and decisionmaking.
