Telecaller


Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven telecallers to join our team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls and achieving monthly targets.

Your primary goal will be to engage potential customers, promote our products/services, and schedule online meeting for our sales team.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads.
  • Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and promote relevant products/services.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation targets as outlined in the incentive structure.
  • Keep accurate records of calls and lead information using our EXCEL.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Continuously strive to improve lead generation techniques and efficiency.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goaloriented with a drive to achieve targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or telemarketing is a plus.
