Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business sales and expand the company's client base by identifying and targeting potential clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide solutions that meet clients' needs
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and stay uptodate with industry developments
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the Sales Manager
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team and crossfunctional departments

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling IT services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
