Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.
The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure order fulfillment and delivery deadlines are met.
Resolve order discrepancies and issues promptly.
Communication and Follow-Up:
Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments.
Communicate with customers to provide order updates, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
Follow up with customers post-sale to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records.
Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials as needed.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Coordinate sales meetings and events.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
Keep CRM data updated and accurate.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Salary:
₹9, ₹28,603.16 per month
