Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Backoffice Executive to join our team.

As a Backoffice Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company's administrative and support functions.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing data, documentation, and providing assistance to various departments, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain various types of data in our company's database and information systems. Ensure data integrity and completeness at all times.

Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain essential documents, records, and reports. This may include invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and other business-related paperwork.

Administrative Support: Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members when necessary.

Inventory Management: Monitor and track inventory levels of office supplies and materials. Place orders for replenishment as needed to ensure seamless office operations.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, expenses, and reimbursements. Prepare expense reports and process reimbursement requests for employees.

Data Analysis: Generate reports and summaries from collected data as required by management. Assist in analysing trends and patterns to provide insights for informed decision-making.

Database Maintenance: Regularly update and clean the company's databases to remove outdated or irrelevant information. Ensure proper organization and categorization of data.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization within the Backoffice operations. Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.


Qualifications and Skills:

Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or courses in office management or data handling are advantageous.

Experience: Proven experience (X years) in a similar Backoffice or administrative role. Familiarity with data management, documentation, and administrative tasks is essential.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data entry and database management software.

Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues, find solutions, and implement process improvements.

Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.


Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
