Position Objective
Function as a Coordinator in a variety of Spares parts order related activities.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination with customer in a professional way and provide prompt response and best possible solution to the queries from them.
  • Prepare and send the spare offer on time to the customers in different currencies based on the customer requirement and follow up.
  • To discuss internally with the technical experts as necessary and make sure offer is sent for the right parts.
  • Maintain good Customer relation and address / resolve their issues concerning Spare parts or Repairs activity.
  • Coordination with Parent Company (UTCH and UTUS) about the customer related orders, payments, shipments and related.
  • Monitoring and handling of all import shipments at customs about duty, delivery delay, and clearing the query from customs by submitting requested documents.
  • Preparation of Technical Write up and Catalogue for the clearance of all import consignments.
  • Ensure regulations of all export process and monitor work according to corporate and local policies and evaluate all new custom requirements and implement with due discussions.
  • Handle all warranty / goodwill replacement of parts from UTCH/UTUS/UTCN and shipments to customers or UTIN and related follow ups.
  • Follow up for timely return of RMA parts.
  • Prepare reports for internal reviews and team meetings.
  • Other related tasks that may be added from time to time.

Requirements:

**Basic qualification
University degree.

**Experience
Minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience in a reputed company

Basic working knowledge in ERP systems (like SAP / IFS)

**Language skills
Should have good proficiency in English to read, write, speak and good spoken Tamil and Hindi.
