    Description

    As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales and profitability.

    This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our retail store and work with a dynamic team of professionals.

    Responsibilities Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of store staff Ensure effective visual merchandising and product placement to maximize sales Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner Create and maintain a positive and welcoming store environment for customers and staff Monitor and analyze sales reports and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and marketing activities Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment Excellent leadership and team management skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability Strong customer service orientation Good understanding of retail operations and merchandising Proficient in using POS systems and inventory management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of the retail industry and current market trends Location:
