    Description
    Crossbeats is looking for an experienced Content and Social Media Senior Manager to work closely with our AVP, Marketing and Creative Director as a channel owner. This role will manage both the strategy and day-to-day execution of our content and social media, with a primary focus on developing Meta, Youtube, and Instagram Develop cross-channel content strategy across owned social, ecom, blogs, etc.

    2) Design elevated social content, including static and video editing (IG Stories, In-feed, Reels, shorts)


    3) Plan and execute social media strategy and own calendars, including scheduling, across all owned social platforms ( Instagram, YT, Linkedin, etc.)



    4) Drive significant growth and engagement across all platforms, hitting team's goals and KPIs

    5) Own monthly KPI analysis and reporting, including competitive audit

    6) Identify whitespace opportunities to elevate & define distinct roles for content on each social platform

    7) Be on the pulse of TikTok trends, Millennial and Gen Z culture, and new social platforms to bring new, creative ideas forward

    8) Ability to draft engaging captions, with a strong understanding of brand voice

    9) Oversee social community management program and Finger on the pulse and immersed in everything Instagram

    2) Expert in Youtube content production and promotion

    3) Social assets design experience, with portfolio to present for review

    4) Experience working on a small, high growth, fast faced team

    5) Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    6) Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

    7) 4-6 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably for an agency or startup, within consumer tech industry

    8) Direct management experience, with collaborative approach

    9) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset

    10 ) Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-makingFamiliarity with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR) and
