Responsibilities:


  • Facility Security: Conduct regular patrols of the têxtile manufacturing facility to deter and detect unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and any suspicious activities.
  • Access Control: Verify the identification of individuals, vehicles, and goods entering or leaving the premises and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Surveillance: Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to respond promptly to security breaches and safety hazards.
  • Incident Reporting: Document and report security incidents, accidents, or safety violations to the appropriate authorities or management.
  • Emergency Response: Act quickly and efficiently during emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or natural disasters, coordinating with onsite personnel and emergency services to ensure a safe response and evacuation if needed.
  • Crowd Control: Manage and direct crowds during busy periods, events, or visitor influxes to maintain order and prevent potential disturbances.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with other security personnel, management, and employees, ensuring the flow of relevant information.
  • Training and Drills: Participate in security training sessions and drills to enhance response capabilities and remain uptodate with the latest security procedures and protocols.
  • Patrolling: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols around the facility and its perimeters to deter criminal activity and promptly address security concerns.
  • First Aid Assistance: Provide basic first aid and medical support until professional medical help arrives, if required.
  • Policy Adherence: Enforce the company's security policies, rules, and guidelines consistently.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an Army Officer or in a similar securityrelated role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols, techniques, and emergency response procedures.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and perform security duties for extended periods.
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with surveillance systems, security equipment, and alarm systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response techniques.

₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
