Scope, plan and lead multidisciplinary design projects with a global team of designers and provide strategic consultancy to clients.
Ensure we turn user insights and identified opportunities into differentiating service experiences, taking both the user and business perspective into consideration.
Interact with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure that our service design solutions are delivered with top notch quality.
Create real business transformation?for our clients and play a key role in implementing new services, processes, and offerings.

We would like you to be...

A skilled professional with well versed experience working with service design.
A designer with significant experience in the field of service design across different sectors, from discovery to implementation of new services
A visual thinker that translates complex information into models, systems, and illustrations
A skilled professional designer with design research and qualitative research projects
Professional in use of qualitative techniques: interviews, focus groups, user diaries, cultural probes, co creation, shadowing, etc.
A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive ? and the guts ? to bring them to life.
Confident in navigating uncertainties and working with multidisciplinary teams of designers, researchers, and technologists.
Someone with a??here?to help? attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we?re better together.
Fluent in English ? other languages are a bonus
