    Role Description:

    The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Chief R&D Officer will be a pivotal leader in our organization, responsible for steering the technological and research directions of Trydan Tech.


    This role requires a seasoned chemical engineer with extensive experience in battery technology and a proven track record in managing R&D projects.


    The CTO will define and ensure that all deliverables are met, implement the latest R&D practices, advise the board on future projects, oversee all battery R&D activities, and work to improve and safeguard our intellectual property.


    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Define and ensure that all R&D deliverables are met according to project timelines and goals.

    Stay abreast of the latest advancements in R&D practices and implement them within the organization.

    Advise the board of directors on future R&D projects and strategic initiatives.

    Head and monitor all battery R&D activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

    Develop and improve patents, ensuring that our technologies are effectively protected.

    Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve existing products.

    Collaborate with external partners, institutions, and stakeholders to enhance R&D efforts.

    Prepare and present detailed reports on R&D progress and future plans to the board and executive team.


    Skills and Qualifications:
    Ph.

    D.

    or MSc in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

    Minimum of 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in battery technology.

    Proven leadership in managing R&D teams and projects.

    In-depth knowledge of the latest R&D practices and trends.

    Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

    Experience with patent processes and safeguarding technologies.
