    The Opportunity :


    We are on the hunt for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who is not just looking for a job but a calling.

    Brief Overview of the Job Description :


    As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Mhymatch Inc., you will lead our technological vision, driving innovation in AI to enhance community connections, while ensuring our products embody affordable excellence.

    You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our future, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to create impactful and accessible solutions.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with Mhymatch's mission, resulting in industryleading AIpowered solutions.
    • Optimize financial resources to ensure technology investments deliver maximum ROI and support sustainable growth.
    • Enhance customer experience through innovative AI, VUI, and API integrations, leading to higher engagement and satisfaction.
    • Streamline operational processes using AI and machine learning, achieving efficiency and excellence in product delivery.
    • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning within the technology team, enhancing skills in Vertex AI, Gemini, OpenAI, and system architecture.
    • Lead the development of scalable and secure system architectures, ensuring robustness and reliability in our technology offerings.
    • Drive the adoption of best practices in software development and data security, setting a benchmark for excellence in the industry.
    • Foster partnerships with technology leaders and communities, enhancing Mhymatchs visibility and access to cuttingedge innovations.
    • Champion affordable excellence in product development, ensuring our solutions are both brilliant and accessible to a wide audience.
    • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to keep Mhymatch at the forefront of the AI space, delivering unparalleled value to our communities.
    • Monitor and report on technology performance metrics, using insights to guide strategic decisions and improve outcomes.
    • Mentor and develop a highperforming technology team, building a legacy of leadership and innovation at Mhymatch.

    Qualifications :

    • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in AIdriven organizations.
    • Proven track record of leading technology teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
    • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, system architecture, and emerging technologies.

    Knowledge :

    • Deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies.
    • Expertise in system architecture and software development best practices.
