JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Knowledge of G.A drawing of substation structure, Transmission line tower structure, railway electrification structure(N,O&R Type portal) and solar panel module mounting structure.
  • Study customer work order, drawing & bill of materials.
  • Preparation of shop drawing and Bill of material from assembly drawings.
  • Checking correlation of shop drawing with planning sheet, BOM & Structure Drawings.
  • Coordination with the Business Development Department for solving queries in work order, drawings, and BOM.
  • Realising bill of materials & shop floor sketch for proto & mass fabrication.
  • Proto fabrication handling (up to 800Kv HVDC) and follow up for fabrication and quality.
  • Responsible for proto i.e. model tower assembly (Tower assembly erection), inspection & finalization of drawing from customer.
  • Prepare proto joint inspection report.
  • Projects / order execution as per customer forecast.
  • Nut & bolt checking by G.A drawing/ Structure drawing
  • Prepare draft copy BOM as per client format and after verification send it to the marketing department.
  • Communicate with clients for BOM drafting & shop floor sketch approval.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
