Aantarika Craftsmen Pvt Ltd is a well-established manufacturing company specializing in high-quality furniture and home decor products.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee the construction and installation of our products at various sites.


As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the construction team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

You will monitor the progress of construction sites, schedule deliveries of materials and equipment, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations at construction sites
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Supervise and manage a team of workers
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with construction managers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports
  • 2D & 3D drawing.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in construction supervision, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
