Roles and responsibilities :
-

  • Managing outbound and inbound calls
  • Providing information to the customers about the service offering of the company
  • Completing and verifying documentation process of the customers related to financial market, mutual fund etc
  • Resolving the queries of the customers over the call
  • Taking timely followup of customers
  • Maintaining daily data records of customer interactions
  • Being punctual to the office
  • Maintaining professionalism on the call

Skills required :
-

  • 12th pass or graduation in any field
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Known to phone etiquette
  • Constructive communication skills
  • Work experience as a telecaller or fresher
