Role overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Printing and Packaging Machines or Corrugation Machines or Capital Equipment for
Training Facilitator.

Languages known :
Hindi, English & Tamil

Willing to travel

Qualifications and Skills

Familiarity with industryspecific software and diagnostic tools for printing and packaging machineries
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP certification is a plus
Excellent technical skills and knowledge of packaging machineries, including mechanical, electrical, and computerized systems.
Strong communication and presentation skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with product heads to identify training needs and develop training materials and curriculum for field service technicians working with printing and packaging machineries.
Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, including classroom training, onsite training, and virtual training programs.
Facilitate training sessions, providing clear and effective instruction, and creating opportunities for handson learning and skill development.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through posttraining assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations of field service technician
Update and revise training materials and curriculum as needed to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Support the onboarding and training of new field service technicians, providing guidance and coaching as they learn the skills necessary for maintaining and repairing printing and packaging machineries.
Coordinate with field product heads and service Head to identify training opportunities and assist in the development of individualized training plans for technicians.
Stay current with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in field service for printing and packaging machineries, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
Willingness to travel to different locations for training purposes.

Pay:
₹75, ₹100,000.00 per month
