Handle customer inquiries professionally via telephone communication.
Establish profitable customer relationships through regular follow-up calls.
Provide detailed property information to clients, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
Coordinate client property visits based on sales leads and individual preferences.
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
Positive attitude with a commitment to client satisfaction.
This role is office-based.
