Description

Responsibilities:


  • Engage in consultative selling, understanding the client's staffing needs, and effectively presenting our IT staffing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, building rapport and trust to secure longterm partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies, aiming to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Utilize ESSPL software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor insights to effectively position our IT staffing services.
  • Participate in sales meetings, providing valuable insights and contributing to the overall growth strategy.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients, highlighting our expertise in IT staffing solutions.
  • Follow up with leads and opportunities, nurturing them through the sales funnel to conversion.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in inside sales, specifically within the IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a highvelocity sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT staffing concepts, technology roles, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential clients.
  • Customerfocused approach with a strong sense of empathy and understanding of client needs.

Salary:
Up to ₹250,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Day shift

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
