Responsibilities:

Sell products or services to customers in a retail environment.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints.
Achieve sales targets and quotas.
Assist in inventory management and ensure that products are displayed effectively.
Keep uptodate with product knowledge and market trends.
Participate in promotional events and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.

Requirements:

Graduate or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

- freshers will also be considered.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to address customer concerns or complaints.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with pointofsale systems and inventory management software.
