Essential Job Functions:

Responsibilities:

Provide content testing support for customer communications developed by generative artificial intelligence models (GenAI).
Review new content generated by GenAI by focusing on the user details and context and fixing inaccuracies to respect the overall theme and intent of the messaging.
Follow established workflows to consistently track and report any inaccuracies to technical teams and support testing sprints.
Create new or translate existing content for both English customerfacing resources.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in journalism, Marketing, PR, Translation/Localization or another related field.
3+ years of experience in writing, editing and proofreading content with high level of organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications**:

Native or Fluent in English.
Proven experience as a technical writer/editor, copywriter, journalist, translator, or content tester.
Excellent general computer and word processing.
Experience with Generative-AI content management like prompt building or output
Experience with crossfunctional collaboration.
Attention to detail and experience managing fast paced projects.
Great execution and prioritization focus.
Additional language writing experience (Italian, Dutch or Portuguese preferred).
