Urgently looking for a training coordinator for a leading shipping company.


The person should have tele calling experience and should be comfortable in calling the company employees (seafarers) and arranging and coordinating their training programs.

Looking for customer service / tele-caller + data entry experience who has very good communication skills

Job involves co-ordination with seafarers for various reasons - joining availability, certificates status, organizing trainings


SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent communication skills with expertlevel fluency in English.
  • Problem solver with an experience in tele calling/customer service
  • Strong ability to take initiative and responsibility for their work.
  • Excellent comms in English and Hindi
Location - Powai, Mumbai
Shift Timings - 9am to 6pm


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
Up to ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Telecalling: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English fluently (preferred)
