Description
Calling and coordinating training of seafarers- Mapping out training plans and schedules
- Choosing appropriate training methods
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Manage and maintain inhouse training facilities and equipment
- Handson experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- MS Office proficiency
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Strong communication skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
