The Role:

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Answer Inbound Calls through our Toll Free in regards to answer their questions, solve issues & handle complaints for our Device.i.e., Kirbado & Kanopi
Responsible for processing deliveries or orders for Device & Thermal Rolls as in when required.
Responsible for coordinating with departments to improve issue resolution and enhance client satisfaction.
Strong communication and customer support skills through calls.
Maintain regular data to ascertain the progress of Calls & queries handled.
Become the reliable point of contact on the Toll-Free Helpline for each client & ensure resolution is provided on each call.

Skills Required:

Excellent Communication Skills.
Computer literacy.
Product and process knowledge
Reliable and selfmotivated.
Result Oriented

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate Fresher
