The Pre-School Coordinator is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the operation and development of the pre-school program.

This position involves providing instructional leadership, curriculum development, and administrative support to ensure the provision of high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's degree preferred.
Teaching certification in Early Childhood Education preferred.

3. Previous experience working in an international school setting or with diverse student populations.

Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of pre-school educators.

5. Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices and pedagogies in early childhood education.

6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of international early years curriculum frameworks (e.g., International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme, Reggio Emilia approach) preferred.
Familiarity with technology integration in early childhood education.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.

Salary:
₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
