Key Responsibilities:

  • Create an action plan to seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
  • Take accountability of the qualified leads, and see it through sales funnel which includes Virtual client meetings etc. to achieve sales target
  • Curate prospective buyers and move customers through the sales funnel and cycle
  • Build and maintain productive and cooperative relationship with the clients
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department to organize marketing and advertising events.

Required Skills:

  • Graduate from any field with 23 years of experience into real estate sales
  • Should have an excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills
  • Track record of overachieving sales target and a target driven attitude
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, open to travel and take up new challenges

Salary:
Up to ₹650,000.00 per year

  • Real estate sales: 2 years (required)
