Description
1. Taking all user / Customer calls for issues and assign it to the available executive.


  • Record all issues / calls of users with resolution provided by the IT executives.
  • Follow up will users for their feedback on the resolved issue Updating all asset records and filing of documents.
  • Follow-up with vendors for product pricing, first level negotiation and preparing POs.
  • Liaising with accounts team for bills and payment.
  • Keeping records of page count of all call and follow-up with the customer and service provider for supplies and issues.
  • Provides information, resolves problems, and advises customers on products and/or services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sending the call record on a daily basis to the team.
  • Maintaining register of inward /outward material
  • Backup and restore policy for local users and server.
  • Ensure IT responds satisfactorily to all customer and users.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues in line with policies and procedures.
  • After receiving the request, a help desk coordinator enters the work order into a tracking system, where he or she assigns it to a technician and tracks the status
  • Enter trouble
- tickets into help desk tracking software


  • Escalate second-line trouble-tickets to appropriate technician (hardware, software, network, telecommunications)
  • Monitor trouble
- tickets in help desk to ensure timely completion


  • Recommendations for procedural improvements.
  • Some travel may be required between customer facilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 3 years' work experience Call Coordinators and Managing customer.
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Pleasant personality
  • Team management capability
  • Willingness to work in on call support in a 24x7 environment.
  • Engineer ensure proper case logging of all issues till resolution.
  • Documentation knowledge
  • Should possess ability to learn work on changing emerging technologies Certification in new technologies like Azure, AWS will be added advantage
  • Keep track of user's system issues until resolved by adhering to the SLA
  • Experience in asset management and overall knowledge of Microsoft products like outlook/PPT etc

Job Types:

₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
