Job Description for Inside Sales Representative
Job Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by actively engaging with prospective and existing clients.
Duties & Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing product information, and offering tailored solutions.

Product Expertise: Stay updated on the latest IT hardware products, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and technical departments to coordinate sales strategies and initiatives.

Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the IT hardware industry or related field.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT hardware products and components.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product features, benefits, and solutions effectively.

Sales Drive: Motivated by targets and goals, with a demonstrated ability to close sales and drive revenue.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
