Description

A Client Relationship Manager is responsible for booking parties for Terrace, making plans of the event keeping the mind the requirements of the client.

He/she will be calling on leads and data providded by the team and book the party for event. He/She will be responsible for managing supplier relationships and ordering and production of products, equipments and items.
Another responsibility of a Client Relationship Manager is to communicate with the client regularly and understanding their needs, event expectations and requirements.
Client Relationship Manager will be ensuring the customers in Dining about the feedbacks and greet them positively.
A Client Relationship Manager is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, quality delivery and exceptional project quality.
Another responsibility of a Client Relationship Manager is to plan the event according to the budget and make sure that spendings are as per plan.

Salary:
₹11, ₹18,000.00 per month
