    Description

    Job Brief:

    We are lookingfor a Beauty Salon Manager to be responsible for our salonsdaytoday operations.Beauty Salon Manager responsibilities includesupervising staff scheduling shifts promoting our services andkeeping updated records of expenses and revenues. If you arefamiliar with beauty treatments and have excellent organizationalabilities wed like to meetyou.

    Responsibilities:

    • Overseeingdaily salon operations
    • Hiring and trainingstaff as needed
    • Organizing employees shiftsconsidering peak times and seasonality
    • Orderbeauty products like creams and essential oils and replenishstock
    • Arrange for regular maintenance servicesfor all equipment
    • Apply hygiene practicesacross all beauty stations
    • Ensure all beautytreatments meet high quality standards
    • Maintainstaff records including salaries and workingschedules
    • Promote services products anddiscounts on social media
    • Receive payments fromclients and track all transactions
    • Keep updatedrecords of costs and revenues (e.g. daily monthly andquarterly)
    • Run online competitions and offerdiscount packages to attract newcustomers

    SkillsRequired:

    • Proven work experience as aBeauty Salon Manager or similar role
    • Goodknowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skincare)
    • Basic bookkeepingknowledge
    • Excellent organizationalskills
    • Ability to handle customers requests andcomplaints with grace
    • Additional certificationin Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology is aplus
