Key Responsibilities


  • Deployment including scouting for market vehicles to make good the demand. Check shipping documentation for completeness ie., i.e. Customer Name, Address/Forwarder Name/Shipping Line/Line & Safety Seal/Eway Bills validity/BOE/DO Validity.
  • Collection of PODs/Line Seals from the drivers of the last completed trip. Handling over of the documents for the next trip. Issue of Diesel Slip / Trip Incentives / Border Charges etc as applicable for the lane.
  • Resolutions to the concerns raised by Drivers with regard to documents handed over, validity, issues at customers' end / at the time of empty pick up / handover, etc. including coordination with the concerned KAM / CS, etc.
  • Monitoring the vehicles in transit; at the factory; repair points; loading/loading points etc including the status of the breakdown vehicles.
  • Track the vehicles for the entire journey and relay the information to the concerned stakeholders viz., CS / Ops / KAMs / Maintenance Team (for Breakdowns) including the Transport Team for remedy.
  • Reporting any enroute vehicle breakdown to the Work Shop through shift-In-charge/CS Team.
  • Sharing ETA at Factory and ICD

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • Good Communication skills in the English language, both oral and written.
  • Qualification - Graduate / Experience - Minimum -3 years.
  • To have very good knowledge of Word, excel & PPT as well as Software.
