    Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years experience to join our Retail Department Store team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling noncore products within the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:


  • Promote and sell non-core products to customers within the retail department store.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, demonstrating product features, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all non-core products, including specifications, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the sales associates ,brief them with on
non core products and offer proper training to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase product awareness.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
  • Keep accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to remain competitive in the retail market.
  • Assist in merchandising and restocking non-core products on the sales floor as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a department store environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of non-core products and retail industry trends is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.


Salary:

Rs.20000/- to Rs.25000/- per month.
