Designation:
Marketing Executive

Working days:
Monday to Friday

Mode: 3 days offline & 2 days online

Timing: 11 am to 7 pm

CTC: 2,50,000 LPA to 3,50,000 LPA

Location:
Powai & Bandra

Responsibilities:

Build, plan and monitor company website, organizations ongoing social media presence and overall digital marketing strategy
Manage all digital marketing channels and social media accounts.(Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Design & develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promotes mental health awareness.
Build inbound marketing plans, campaigns & monthly social media plans.
Maintain monthly performance reports of marketing efforts including digital advertising costs and returns, marketing campaigns (Online & Offline) using a various of Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Web Trends etc. to monitor performance.
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
Research, monitor and analyse market competitors and their activity within social media spaces.
Hire, train and manage marketing interns.
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumer.
Provide creative ideas and strategies for content marketing and update website.
Stay up to date with the latest technology, marketing trends and best practices.

Well versed in website analytics tools & Editing software's (e.g., Google Analytics, Google My Business, Canva & Photoshop)
B. A/ B.M.M/ B.MS degree in Marketing or related field.
Passionate & enthusiastic to promote the space of Mental Wellbeing.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
₹250, ₹350,000.00 per year
