Job OverviewKey Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition
- Identify and target potential to satisfied customer queriesConduct to understand customer needs and trends.
- Understand clients' query and problems.
- Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on the latest product and industry regulations.
- Clearly understanding client's requirement.
- Relationship Building
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Communicate with clients to understand their evolving requirements.
- Act as a reliable and knowledgeable resource for clients.
- Coordinate with Branch and support them as needed and communicate when necessary.
- Reports and Documentation
- Accurately maintain client records and documentation.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of client's query and requirement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Graduate
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
