Job Overview

Key Responsibilities


  • Client Acquisition
  • Identify and target potential to satisfied customer queriesConduct to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Understand clients' query and problems.
  • Product Knowledge
  • Stay updated on the latest product and industry regulations.
  • Clearly understanding client's requirement.
Provide feedback to the management team for product improvement.


  • Relationship Building
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their evolving requirements.
  • Act as a reliable and knowledgeable resource for clients.
  • Coordinate with Branch and support them as needed and communicate when necessary.
  • Reports and Documentation
  • Accurately maintain client records and documentation.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:


  • Strong understanding of client's query and requirement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Qualifications:

Graduate


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
