Finance and Account ExecutiveJob Summary:
Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Analyze financial data and present insights to inform strategic decisionmaking.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
Accounting and Reporting:
- Oversee daytoday accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations in accordance with accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting guidelines.
Budget Management:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and financial plans.
- Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide support during budget reviews and updates.
Cash Flow Management:
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure adequate funding for operational needs.
- Optimize working capital and implement strategies to improve cash conversion cycles.
- Collaborate with treasury functions to enhance overall financial stability.
Financial Audits and Compliance:
- Coordinate external financial audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure adherence.
Strategic Financial Advisory:
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business initiatives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess the financial impact of projects and investments.
- Support the CFO in financial planning and strategic decisionmaking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Finance and Account Executive or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
