Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance their stay.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Build strong relationships with guests through attentive service and personalized interactions.
  • Collect and record guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Assist with guest reservations, including booking tours, transportation, and dining arrangements.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the front desk and lobby area.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹20, ₹35,391.50 per month
