Work Schedule:

Full Time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00a.m. to 7:00pm. Hours may vary on occasion, depending on workload. Second Saturday Holiday.


Pay
Fixed Pay Starts at Rs. 20,000 per month, along with additional variable pay and performance bonuses based on achievements and targets met.

Experience:

  • Conduct research and brainstorm topic ideas for blog posts that align with our brand, audience, and marketing objectives.
  • Craft wellstructured, compelling, and clear blog posts that resonate with our readers, delivering valuable insights.
  • Optimize blog posts for search engines (SEO) by integrating target keywords, meta tags, and other best practices to boost online visibility and organic traffic.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise content calendars, plan blog post schedules, and synchronize content with ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Edit and proofread blog posts meticulously for grammar, punctuation, style, and coherence, ensuring topnotch, errorfree content.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and competitor content to stay ahead and identify fresh content opportunities.
  • Engage with our audience by responding promptly to comments, queries, and feedback on blog posts, fostering community interaction and enhancing reader engagement.
  • Monitor key blog performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, to gauge content effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Continuously refine and optimize our blog content strategy based on audience feedback, performance analytics, and content marketing best practices.
  • Creating and maintaining a Social Media Marketing editorial calendar, with targeted topics outlined for different dates, as well as a plan for where and how that content will be shared
  • Researching, writing/producing/outsourcing all sorts of content production (written, imagebased, video, etc.)
  • Compiling and uploading content, then tracking its performance across the many different Social Media networks, and the wider web (via forums, social bookmarking sites, etc.)
  • Generate effective Social Media Influencer Marketing campaigns, whereby powerful social users are turned into brand advocates who promote the brand's products, services, etc.
  • Monitoring brand and productrelated conversations to measure sentiment, watch for PR emergencies, identify important/relevant discussions, answer questions, etc.
  • Track and measure performance of brand channels, including at least Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record as a Blog Writer, Content Writer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing published blog posts or writing samples.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, coupled with a firm grasp of the English language and grammatical conventions.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas, conduct comprehensive research, and translate complex concepts into engaging and accessible content.
  • Proficiency in SEO principles and best practices to maximize content visibility and drive organic traffic.

Social Media Management:


  • Plan, create, and manage social media content calendars aligned with marketing goals and brand messaging.
  • Monitor social media trends, engage with the audience, and respond to comments and inquiries.
