    Job Title:

    Ecommerce Growth Manager-Retail Industry-MumbaiWe are looking for an ambitious Ecommerce Growth Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive online sales growth and increase brand awareness.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, digital marketing, and analytics, with a proven track record of driving revenue and customer acquisition.

    This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.


    Job Responsibility:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce growth strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
    • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
    • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEM, and display advertising, to drive traffic and acquire new customers.
    • Optimize website content and product listings to enhance SEO performance and increase organic traffic.
    • Utilize data analytics and KPIs to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, merchandising, and IT, to ensure alignment and execution of ecommerce initiatives.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce and digital marketing

    Mandatory:

    • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, SEM, and display advertising.
    • In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and web analytics tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

    Job Location:
    Matunga, Mumbai
    Working Days: 6 days am to 7.30 pm)

    Qualification:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
