Program Officer, Since November 2020 till date  

• To monitor home visits of Community Organizers to reduce the malnutrition among children age 0-2 years
• To address the gaps in maternal and child health and nutrition services through partnership with systems and community
• Improved awareness of maternal and child health services among volunteers and community advocacy groups, through meetings and training.
• Improved community support for uptake of MCH services(mobilization referrals etc)
• To plan for Events/Campaigns in the collaboration with ICDS and MCGM
• Liaising and strengthening relationship with system ICDS and MCGM strengthen referral system and pediatric referral services and improving refer and services related to TB

Aahar Program, Ngo Society for Nutrition, education & Health Action (SNEHA)

• Training Need assessment of Aahar staff,  ICDS Teachers, and Community Volunteers 
• Developing and executing   training calendar for Aahar COs.
• Developing and executing   training calendar for ICDS Teachers 
• To conduct raining of ICDS staff, Community Volunteers and Aahar team.
• Coordination and Conduct monthly training for ICDS team consisting of 150 members.
• Training evaluation tool development, conducting meetings on updates of training implementation of the field with POs and PCs, monthly basis.
